Lisé Cooke – Owner/Art Director
I love my job, because of the ability to give people confidence by making them look and feel beautiful. The creativity and artistry of hairdressing inspired me to educate myself on everything I could to perfect my craft and led to the opening of Progressions Hair Design Team in 1986. I started an assistant program to share my knowledge with new stylists, which has proven to be another rewarding experience for me. In 2004, with encouragement from my wonderful clients, I opened Progressions Salon and Spa so they could experience an entire day of head to toe beauty and relaxation. Recently, I added the Wig Boutique to help those experiencing hair loss or thinning hair find new confidence. I’ve trained with masters from Vidal Sassoon, Sebastian ,Tigi, Mayrix, and Paul Mitchell to name a few, while also attending international shows in Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, New York, Chicago, Orlando, and Dallas. After 45 years behind the chair, I have retired from hairdressing, but I still head up the assistant program and remain dedicated to maintaining a friendly, passionate, and specialized staff committed to exceeding your expectations!
Nancy Hayes – Couture Designer
Hair design has been an inspiration which has allowed me to study, meet many interesting people, and travel throughout the States and Scandinavia; and after over 30 years in the beauty industry, our hair should act as our LBD (Little Black Dress). The best way to formulate a personalized look starts with a great haircut which can be enhanced by many expert coloring techniques. I am committed to informing clients on how to effortlessly maintain their style at home. My goal is for you to feel beautiful and confident about your image.

My number one goal is to make sure that when you look in the mirror, you love what you see! I believe that the key to success is good communication between the stylist and the client. Really listening when a client tells me what they want, and talking through what we plan to do during the appointment is a must. Keeping up with the latest looks and styles is also important to me so I can help you stay on trend. Whether it’s through a cut, color, highlights, balayage, or even makeup, I’d love to help you look your absolute best!
