Progressions Salon and Spa requires a valid credit card, debit card, or gift card number to secure reservations. All package, multi-service appointment, and hair extension reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling. We ask all guests to arrive at least 10 minutes early appointments. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be rescheduled.
We ask for 24 hours’ notice before cancellation, but we require 6 hours’ notice in order to fill the space reserved to prevent an additional $25 service charge. If not cancellation notice is provided, a fee of up to half the amount of the service cost will be charged to compensate our providers for lost time.
If you should wish to change designers for any reason, please feel free to do so. If your regular provider is not available, we’ll be happy to recommend another designer at the same level to work with you.
Gratuities are appreciated, but not required. If you choose to leave a gratuity for your service provider, we ask that you do so directly to them by means of cash or a personal check. We have gratuity envelopes available at the front desk for your convenience, but are unable to process gratuities by credit or gift card.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for your convenience. Returned checks will be charged a $25 service fee.
